It was the week before Thanksgiving...

This is my favorite two weeks of the year. We spend majority of the year getting ready for this holiday, from testing pie recipes, organizing our packaging, to stocking up on pie crusts just a mere few weeks before. Last year we made just over 200 pies, not to mention the hundreds of pastries & cookies- this year we are hoping to top that goal! Call us crazy but we take the pie olympics very seriously in this cute little bakery.
