A Little About Us

Flour & Flower is a local bakery located in St. Joseph, MN. We hand-craft a wide variety of mouthwatering pastries and artisan baked goods—both sweet and savory—made fresh daily, using local ingredients whenever possible. There's nothing we don't bake, but we do specialize in pies since that's what Chef Erin Lucas (our founder & owner) lovingly grew up eating for breakfast on trips to grandma's house. Her skill and creativity also have us offering turnovers, croissants, artisan breads, & more.

Beyond beautiful and delicious baked goods, we also carry fresh flower bouquets locally grown right here in Central Minnesota. Because, what pairs better with the smell of fresh baked goods than fresh cut flowers? This is our dream—to offer a boutique floral shop inside of a custom from-scratch bakery where all are welcome. And we're loving living it every day. Come relax and enjoy some of the greatest comforts in life—fresh baked goods, fair trade coffee and espresso, meaningful conversation and, of course, flowers.
